The newest addition at BSA Martial Arts Center, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class specially design for kids between 6 to 12 years old. With combination of learn and play, kids will learn intricate moves easily. In BJJ there a saying that this a gentle kind of martial arts, means you can use leverage and submissions to defend against a bigger person, it's a really good skill for kid to learn.
