MMA class utilizes the best of the arts of boxing, wrestling, muay thai, luta livre, and many other sport-based martial arts systems. Training sessions promote fitness while at the same time learning valuable lessons in self defence. In MMA class you will learn how to combine and apply the techniques of MMA standup, wrestling, and grappling. The grappling portion includes submission, sweeps, escapes, and ground and pound, the standup portion includes punching, kicking, knees and elbows.  By learning MMA, you will get the whole package.
