The TReX MT class is uniquely structured to combine TRX suspension bodyweight exercises and Muay Thai exercise in order to build endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability simultaneously. A basic class includes cardio calisthenics, suspension training, shadow kickboxing, technical standing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises. The 150 lb. Heavy bags and TRXsuspension trainer are the primary focus of the class. This class is not recommended for participants with shoulder injuries.
